This is the worst platform ever. Customer service is a joke.
I have had nothing but issues and no assistance. I have been waiting on a redemption since February, with no logical explanation as to why. I was told in the terms and conditions it states up to 90 working days, which I have read, and I didn't see this clause.
Quite frankly, this is utterly ridiculous, and I have played on several sites, and none of them have remotely taken this long. Customer service won't assist me and states someone will contact me, and no one does.

When you buy SC and win they aren’t redeeming. They have lied for over 6 months! Social casinos typically take 24-72 hours at longest.

I'm extremely ill. My auntie is a power attorney, and I'm letting her handle it if you still refuse to give my redemption! I go through Skrill and have redeemed before! Hello I submitted redemption of $4000 on 9/08/2025 st themoneyfactory.com They do acknowledge to this day that my redemption is valid and money owed but keep giving me the run around. They are separating themselves from redemption department and nobody can contact them .
They keep on telling me Im in queue to receive my money and they ll let me know once they hear back from redemption department. I did not use a bonus to win that money. Im also vip with them. This is starting to feel like a scam and I heard they recently got sued for non payment of winnings.
Something has got to give . They will gladly take your money but wont pay you if you win

No updates No real time communication No talking to somebody in person
The management has no answers. It's been a long and painful wait for the money. They take the money 24/7, hours a day, 365 days a week, but they only do redemptions Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. I get sent three to four emails a day trying to get me to put money into their games, but they cannot send me anything that tells me if or when I'm ever going to get paid.
I've already been verified; I got a W-2 last year. It just seems really ridiculously long and unnecessary, honestly. I have no idea how they stay in business because if you read the reviews, no one seems to be getting paid. I'm not saying they're not, but it just seems like there are a lot of unhappy people, and I am definitely one of them.
So hopefully, you learn from people who have tried to put in for redemption and are still waiting months and months later with no results. At least in my case, I'm not saying they don't pay; I'm just not sure if they're going to pay me because I can't get any answers whatsoever. I know this is frustrating; yeah, I know it's frustrating too. People still get nowhere anyway.
Please, if you don't mind waiting six months to get paid, just go for it, or even longer than six months, I should say, because it's 90 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Sorry about the long novel; I just had to rant.

It's all copy-pasted responses saying 24-72 hours, then 30 days, then 90+ days. It's honestly getting ridiculous. There are so many other customers with the same issues.
I don't know if this company is a scam for a quick payout for themselves and if they honestly do not know how to run a social casino business. Either way, we want what we are owed.

Well the money factory updated their terms so instead of them having up to 30 days to payout redemptions it is not 90 business days! Yet it still doesn't matter because today is "DECEMBER 3TH and I am still waiting on a pending skrill redemption of $100 dollars from them and all I ever get in chat is their escalating my redemption to management and redemption team and that I will be contacted by a manager within 24 to 48 hours and have yet to be contacted!
