It's been 14 days since I redeem 100 with money factory casino. Only thing they keep saying is my payout is in cue.

And that they have up to 3months r 90days. Which they like putting it. To get my payout. It's in there policy.

But the 90 days is just there option. And be patience. I ask why is mine withdraw has been delayed. They said some cases that take longer than the 24hr to 72hrs.

Is they have a high volume of payouts. And to make sure that my info is not fraudulent. Which u have verify your info before u deposit money.. so that's bs...

Fully verified profile for almost a year. Have deposited numerous times with my Skrill account and assigned debit card, both. Submitted a redemption request for the minimum amount of $100, selected payment via Skrill. That was 34 - THIRTY FOUR *** days ago. Do you know what it takes to send a payment on Skrill? These unethical mf'ers Do Not Pretend to give a *** They will *** you around for the period of time that they claim in their T&Cs that "redemption MAY take", but the thing is they also include in another paragraph that after that period of time if there's "an issue" there is no time limit whatsoever on how long they "diligently work" to "solve the issue"
so they can and will *** you for as long as they want. Some get paid 2 or 3 or 4 months later (totally legit timeframe what reasonable gentlemen ) and the rest DONT. They have the audacity to respond to every 3rd or 4th attempt at contact with the same *** all the while will never claim any specific issue is being dealt with.

I purchased a coin package where I spent 30 and received 50 sweeps coins, and I ended up winning $100. I redeemed on 08/19/25, and I still haven't received my redemption. All I ever get from customer support is the same copy-and-paste response *** Do not buy anything from them; they don't wanna pay!

You don't answer texts, emails, and now the phone. Are y'all real?? Why do you do your customers this way? Shame on you!!!

I wish you would just release my money. I've yet to have a manager hear back from me; I've yet to get any help other than y'all continuing to copy and paste the same thing into a message for me. It's very frustrating. I've never had to go this long. I'm waiting on somebody to pay me.

I filed redemptions on June 24th and July 4th but a month now on the first one and I still haven't received either one of them I had redeemed many times with no problem so I am verified and all my things are up to date all I get is the same never ending I will hear from a manager in 24 to 48 hours I have not heard from a manager in over 48 days customer service tells me they have no communication with redemption team other than a message or email as a reminder in my behalf but I never hear from them I think they lost my redemptions customer service is aware but redemption team hasn't done its thing so you might want to think about playing here maybe not playing here customer service is awful

I have been waiting since August 23rd for a payout. First, it was 24-72 hours, then 14 business days, then 30 business days.

Once I hit 30, they moved their terms to 90 business days. If I wait 90 business days, that is putting me around the 1st week of January, which is also a new year. I won this in 2025, not 2026, so please tell me how that works for my taxes. They will be screwing me over if that's the case.

I will leave negative reviews everywhere until I'm paid. No other site makes you wait longer than a week tops! Most of the time, I have same day or next day.

I hit $1000 on the 29th of May 2025 it's been well over the 14 business day mark and I still yet have NOT gotten a single update. Everytime I go to the live chat they say the same automated BS every single time.

They say we're escalating the redemption to their manager and nothing every get done. I'm kyc verified, my bank is verified., and my redemption is a valid redemption so why is it taking this long I don't get it. I feel like this casino is a SCAM! They aren't very professional at all.

I will NOT be putting anymore money into this scam of a casino. And I would advise people NOT to WASTE their money on this casino & their customer service skills are at a 0!
