I have been contacted them asking when will I get paid the 100 I won.. basically the same thing.
My redemption is in cue and be patience.. they have a high volume of redemption. But they can not tell when your cue position will come up.. but I did change the payout from my skill acct.
To my banking account. Hoping that I get lucky and get it within the 24hrs to 72hrs. That they claim u can get your payout. That's what I read when I started playing with them.
I didn't see it can take up to 90 days.. but they said. It didn't matter if I change the payout. I would be in the same que position on getting the payout.
I did reported it to the BBB. I NEED TO FIND A CASINO REP TO HELP ME GET MY PAYNENT.

Well the money factory updated their terms so instead of them having up to 30 days to payout redemptions it is not 90 business days! Yet it still doesn't matter because today is "DECEMBER 3TH and I am still waiting on a pending skrill redemption of $100 dollars from them and all I ever get in chat is their escalating my redemption to management and redemption team and that I will be contacted by a manager within 24 to 48 hours and have yet to be contacted! It's freaking ridiculous!!

Still have not received my redemption from them and when I try to contact them in chat the AI not tells me my redemption is well over there 30 business day policy and it tells me that they’ll put me in contact with customer service so it can be escalated to the redemption team to be reviewed and I still hear nothing!

They suck. This whole entire site sucks I put in a redemption on August 23 and still have not received my money.
There is no way to contact a human. It’s all robots this place is a scam.
I redeemed $5000 on August 23. It's been 49 regular days and 35 business days.
They are doing this to a lot of people, and they are not paying out what they owe people. I have talked to several people and get a bunch of robot excuses with no avail. I've already been verified.
I have already turned in my checking account information to get paid, and still, I just get ignored and pushed to the side. They owe me this, and if I don't get paid, I'm gonna go to arbitration, and I will get my money one way or another.

I filed redemptions on June 24th and July 4th but a month now on the first one and I still haven't received either one of them I had redeemed many times with no problem so I am verified and all my things are up to date all I get is the same never ending I will hear from a manager in 24 to 48 hours I have not heard from a manager in over 48 days customer service tells me they have no communication with redemption team other than a message or email as a reminder in my behalf but I never hear from them I think they lost my redemptions customer service is aware but redemption team hasn't done its thing so you might want to think about playing here maybe not playing here customer service is awful

Once I hit 30, they moved their terms to 90 business days. If I wait 90 business days, that is putting me around the 1st week of January, which is also a new year. I won this in 2025, not 2026, so please tell me how that works for my taxes. They will be screwing me over if that's the case.
I will leave negative reviews everywhere until I'm paid. No other site makes you wait longer than a week tops! Most of the time, I have same day or next day.

And I have been waiting to receive my payout of $100.00. On October 30, 2025, I heard all the explanations that I am in the queue process and that it can take up to 90 days just to receive my payout. I have reported it to a casino rep, and all the messages I have been receiving come from your automatic services. I am out of patience to get my payout.
This is the 10th day, and the queue that I am in has not changed for the last week. It's between 24hrs-72hrs.

I hit $1000 on the 29th of May 2025 it's been well over the 14 business day mark and I still yet have NOT gotten a single update. Everytime I go to the live chat they say the same automated BS every single time.
They say we're escalating the redemption to their manager and nothing every get done. I'm kyc verified, my bank is verified., and my redemption is a valid redemption so why is it taking this long I don't get it. I feel like this casino is a SCAM! They aren't very professional at all.
